先解釋一下何謂鐵蓮花，鐵蓮花是在香港的名字，在大陸(也許)是叫手指虎，在臺灣似乎是延用香港的名稱。
鐵蓮花是一種徒手使用的武器 用於近距離的搏擊，穿過四個圈握住，即可增加拳頭的殺傷力。

基本上這部片的海報設計讓人一目瞭然，這可能會是什麼樣的片子。
和搖滾樂有關的電影。以下根據一些片段推測可能的劇情大意。
宮崎葵飾演的Kanna是一個在經紀公司上班的上班族。
一天發現了在網路上爆紅的龐克樂團"少年鐵蓮花"，為了替公司簽下這個樂團開始尋找團員，卻發現網路上的影片其實是25年前的事，實際上的少年鐵蓮花早已經成了平均年齡50歲的老頭。
樂團成員早已各奔西東，主唱甚至因為25年間的車禍而失去語言的能力。
但是因為他們實在太紅了，所以一定要讓少年鐵蓮花重回舞台。
就是這樣的故事。

About a girl Kanna staring by Yamazaki Aoi works for a talent agency found a underground punk rock band video which was so popular on the net called Shonen Merikensack.
Kanna began searching the band and found out that video was 25 years ago, Shonen Merikensack is now average age of 50.
Members are not away from music nor can hardly play.
Lead vocal of the band can't even talk due to a car accident caused brain damage during that 25 years.
However, due to Shonen Merikensack is so popular(may be commercial profits), Kanna have to convince them back on stage.

25年前的少年鐵蓮花，更是找來了2007年7月在臺灣野台開場全裸演出被逮捕的日本龐克樂團"銀杏BOYZ"主唱峯田和伸演出。貝斯手安孫子真哉也有參與本片演出。

Vocalist of Young "Shonen Merikensack" 25 years ago, was staring by Mineta Kazunobu who was a famous Japanese punk rock band "ging nang BOYZ". "ging nang BOYZ" is known in Taiwan for arrestment of nakedness in public during their proformance at 2007 Formoz festival in Taiwan. "ging nang BOYZ"'s bassist Abiko Shinya is also stared in the film.
