Initially, you have your own room, with two chairs and one table, furniture and decorations(windows and floor) in your room are switchable.*Basically starting with several clothing.

After decide all your presentation, you can step out side the room, join the community chat with others and have fun.
There are many choices such as Yoyogi-kōen, Shibuya(106), Asakusa and high school.
There are also some shops at these places, you can buy some clothing and furniture(some shop sales actions like dancing,slide and emotions like laugh).
However, you got to have Ame Gold to shop. For Ame Gold you have to pay for real money through cell phones or a bank account. It's much easier if you lived in Japan.
Well, I don't. I am using a free account, but it's fine.
Once you connect to other users they might give you sort of a signature, or visit your room and ring your bell these will increase your Ame account.
For now, I only know that Ame can enable you to play a scratch card game.
Scratch Card Game enable users play with 20 Ames a day only.
For a free account user this is a way to gain fancy clothing and furniture.
