Schizophrenia & Violent Tendency

"Schizophrenia & Violent Tendency" is a CD max project ,that operated for almost a month, and finished 4 days ago.
The project was an inspiration which was a result of a request from a friend, who works in a fashion shop with same musics been played over and over again. So I decided to produce a CD contained songs that are going to be released this fall and winter (even next year).

The original idea was just a simple CD contained a lot of songs, somehow I thought this would be more fun making this CD like a mix CD, everything changed then.

The CD contained various elements from music to movie, and various music genre. The difficult part making this CD was make all songs connective. During the making process, a japanese dance music - "Samurai" , was the most hard and fun track. Its original length is about 6 or 8 minutes, and I thought it's too long to put in the CD so I cutted some parts and not make it like was cut. That took me so long to finish. Because "Samurai" is a music with complicated construction.

There was another funny part I remember, during the process, I want to combine a punk rock song which has a woman screaming sound effect with a hip-hop song that starts with thunder. First came to my mind was Michael Jackson's hit - Thriller, which has a male laughing sound, and then I found thunder effect on Cradle Of Filth album. So I made a perfectly mix. The transition of two songs doesn't sound too weird.

After all songs cut and pasted, the final step was to make songs into one single track. This part required a good operating platform - a computer with a great CPU. But I only have a common one, that's the reason I took about a day to connect all songs into one.

However, "Schizophrenia & Violent Tendency" - A Mad Dog Presentation, was out on October 25th, 2005. I posted an article that night I finished the CD, but one little mistake I made leaded the article no longer exist, so I have to post this now.

And I would like to thank my mom who cannot have better time using computer due to I have to complish the project. Most of all I have to thank Vennesa who support me and sacrificed time I spend with her for doing the project.
Thank all you guys out there, though you don't even know what I've been doing. Thank you.
